		<description>Hi Daniel, great synopsis and I totally agree with your wrap up paragraph. Here&#039;s hoping 2009 sees more attention to this area and vendors that are currently paying lip service to HCIR follow your lead. I made a tweet a week ago or so that said I believe Enterprise Search can move beyond a cost centre into a revenue generating one but the tools and a shift in management expectations have to be there to allow this.
