  I’m gettting a file not found when I click on the link.

  I was able to download it by right-clicking, but it did take a few minutes. It is a 9MB pdf. At 300 baud, (9 MB) / (300 (bits / second)) = 2.9 days.

  I was able to retrieve the proceedings with wget; when I click on the link, however, I also get the error page.

  I was able to download with the right click.
